Theme

Technically a cumulative exam. The focus is on samples data systems but a theme in this course is going from a SD system β†’ DT system whenever possible using theorems associated with Closed Loop Stability for SD Systems. We should know how to find from using the expression in Closed Loop Stability for SD Systems. This is basically the same shit that we did early with that extra step of having to say that our Discrete Time Control Systems solution is applicable to solve Sampled Data Digital Control Systems.

Things to Know

  • How to choose and justify your choice. See Sampling Time.

How to Study?

  • Do the assignments (I’m thinking assignments A5-A6β†’A10)
  • Do the tutorials (TUT4-TUT5 for the control design questions memorize memorize memorize) (TUT7β†’END)
  • Probably memorize the modifications to control design theory with and and how the generic expression changes for these integrators.
  • Maybe try to find an old final and do relevant questions?
