Waiting on a return offer is kind of like texting a girl you’re interested in. Your likely hood of success drops exponentially with the time it takes to hear back in both cases. If you get a message back in an hour or so, is great, a couple of hours is likely fine, by the end of the day, changes are looking slimmer, if its 1+ days you’re cooked.
