Rarely when I exercise, I get a bit nauseous and have the following symptoms:
- Shakiness
- Sweating
- I feel like I’m going to throw up
- Light headiness
- Fatigue I experience these all at once, fairly intensely and this lasts for maybe 15 minutes or so. I’m obviously resting the entire duration of this and I often need to go lie down somewhere (near a trash can). I looked this up and it seems to be EIH where my glycogen stores are depleted and my blood sugar gets dangerously low (I typically exercise fasted). Funny enough I’ve only ever experienced this while training Legs, and mildly while running. It seems to be triggered by high intensity activities. As such, I need to make sure I get some proper nutrition in before running or training legs to avoid this because it sucks.
